Available only at participating Clayton Family of Brands retailers (“Seller”) for new home purchases at posted retail price with a sales contract signed between February 9, 2026 to April 30, 2026. To qualify, Buyer must provide a Qualified Deposit—any tax refund funds or other cash deposit made toward the purchase price during the Offer dates. Seller will match the Qualified Deposit up to $2,500 (“Matching Amount”). Any cash deposit exceeding Matching Amount will not be matched. Buyer may apply the Matching Amount to one (or a combination of) the following options (“Matching Options”): (i) the total home package price; (ii) a VISA® debit card (max $2,500, and subject to issuer terms and expiration); or (iii) Seller-paid closing costs (excluding non-required discount points). If the retail home price is reduced due to negotiation or lender requirements—or the lender requires Seller-paid fees—the Matching Amount will be offset by those reductions/fees first. Any remaining Matching Amount may be used toward Buyer’s selected Matching Options. No portion of the Matching Amount may be applied toward Buyer's down payment if Buyer obtains financing for the home purchase. If Buyer selects VISA® debt card option, card will be mailed 4–6 weeks after purchase and satisfaction of all sale conditions. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions. Offer unavailable with USDA/FHA/VA financing and may be limited by lender restrictions. Offer void where prohibited.

*TERMS & CONDITIONS: Only available at participating Oakwood Homes of North Charleston (“Seller”) with a Sales Agreement signed March 9 through March 14, 2026, to purchase a new home. Eligible buyers will receive a discount of up to the following maximum amounts: $1,500 off the purchase of a single-section home or $3,000 off the purchase of a multi-section home. Home must be purchased at the posted home only retail sales price to be eligible for the maximum available discount. If the posted home only retail sales price of the home is reduced by the Seller either through negotiation with the buyer, or as a result of the underwriting requirements of the lender selected by the buyer, or if the Seller is required by the lender selected by the buyer to pay discount points or any other fees and charges, the discount will be applied first to the amount of the negotiated or lender required reduction of the home sales price and then to the lender required Seller paid discount points, fees, and charges. Any remaining discount will then be applied to reduce the total sales price of the home. Under no circumstances will any portion of the buyer discount be applied toward buyer’s down payment if buyer obtains financing for the home purchase. Buyer is solely responsible for paying the entire down payment. May not be available with USDA/FHA/VA financing and may be limited by other lender restrictions.
